RETURNS POLICY

Please be aware that our infinity roses are real roses that have been specially preserved, and as such are a perishable item, meaning that we cannot except returns.

In the unlikely event of your roses arriving damaged or incorrect, please email sales@jednay.com within 7 days along with an attached image of the issue, then once the roses are returned to us we will be happy to provide you with a replacement.
